3.3 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts may be permanently closed and all associated bonuses will be forfeited.
Account Security
Keeping your account secure is primarily your own responsibility. kk444 polo recommends following these security guidelines:
- Use a strong and unique password that is not used on any other site.
- Never share your login details with anyone else.
- If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out at the end of the session.

kk444 polo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, unless it is directly caused by a fault on our platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Financial transactions on kk444 polo are governed by the following terms:
5.1 Deposits
The minimum amount to deposit funds on the platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits will only be accepted from registered payment methods.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — apply for withdrawals as well. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
5.3 Verification Requirements
For large withdrawal amounts, kk444 polo may delay processing until identity verification is completed. This is done to prevent fraud and protect accounts.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in cryptocurrency are not possible. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Bonuses and Promotions
kk444 polo offers various bonus offers for members. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
6.2 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members receive up to 0.7%, and Gold members receive up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.
6.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering conditions must first be met.
- It is not possible to claim multiple bonus offers at the same time, unless specifically stated.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent use of a bonus, kk444 polo reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
- Each promotion has a limited duration and kk444 polo may end any promotion at any time.
Betting and Gaming Rules
kk444 polo offers casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services. The rules in this section apply to all gaming activities.
7.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the case of a bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error, kk444 polo reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion.
7.2 Game Results
The results of all games and bets are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. kk444 polo does not guarantee any particular outcome.
7.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or other technical reasons, kk444 polo is not responsible for any resulting loss, unless the issue is directly caused by a failure on our servers.
7.4 Suspicious Betting
If deliberate exploitation of bonus advantages or unusual betting patterns is detected, kk444 polo may open an investigation and place any associated winnings on hold.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kk444 polo and may result in account cancellation and legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other advantages.
- Making deposits using stolen or another person's payment details.
- Using the platform for illegal money laundering.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other unfair assistive technology.
- Colluding with other users to gain an advantage.
- Attempting to interfere with or harm the security of the platform.
- Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of a minor.
If any such activity is detected, kk444 polo will immediately close the account and, where applicable, notify the relevant authorities.

11.1 Balance After Account Closure

11.2 Inactive Accounts
If no transactions occur for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. kk444 polo will communicate its policy regarding the balance of such accounts separately.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
kk444 polo reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may request to close your account.
